CRASH KARMA To Open For STONE TEMPLE PILOTS In Toronto, Kingston

November 12, 2009

According to ChartAttack.com, CRASH KARMA — the Canadian rock supergroup that includes former I MOTHER EARTH singer Edwin, ex-OUR LADY PEACE guitarist Mike Turner, former ZYGOTE member Amir Epstein and former TEA PARTY drummer Jeff Burrows — will open for STONE TEMPLE PILOTS at two of their upcoming Canadian shows:

Nov. 17 - Toronto, ONT @ Kool Haus
Nov. 21 - Kingston, ONT @ K-Rock Arena

Commented CRASH KARMA: "Edwin, while with I MOTHER EARTH, recorded his first album ('Dig') in the same studio, and at the same time as STONE TEMPLE PILOTS (while they were recording 'Core'),in the recording room next door. The two bands became friends, and a few years later, here we are, playing shows together."

CRASH KARMA's self-titled disc, which was recorded at Toronto's Pocket Studios and produced by Turner, doesn't have a release date yet, but its first single, "Awake", can be heard on the radio now.
